Hampshire and IOW Strategic Health Authority Framework
This Framework is governed by an Information Sharing Agreement that authorizes the information sharing procedures described within and is entered into on the basis that any tenets of the Agreement will adhere to its contents. It is therefore an agreement between agencies participating in an information sharing partnership. It governs the sharing of information, satisfies statutory and mandatory requirements, regulates working practices, and provides operational guidance for both the disclosing and receiving organisations.
Hampshire Children and Young Peoples' Strategic Partnership Information Sharing Protocol
This Protocol has been developed in accordance with national guidance on the sharing of personal information between local authorities, public sector agencies and their partner not for profit organisations.
The first tier of the Protocol describes the general parameters against which all requirements for information sharing are to be measured. The second tier of the Protocol deals with particular areas of work that is undertaken. It specifies the information to be shared, the purposes of sharing and the legal basis of those purposes.
