Do not share the information but record the reasons why.
It may help to check and record the decision against the Data Protection Act 1998 Schedule 2 & 3 contained within the SCCP Data Protection Policy and Procedures document below.
Whenever the sharing of information takes place, conditions relevant to the first of the eight Data Protection Principles must always be met.
