Aldershot Army Show

On Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th July, the Aldershot Army Show took place. The show consists of the Army showing off their talents and big guns. There were demonstrations of the Tanks and helicopters, they even had the parachute team falling form the sky doing tricks and motorbikes doing stunts.

On Sunday the Rush4You forum managed to get a pitch with Rushmoor Borough Council, to promote the forum and the partnership organisations (connexions and the youth service) The forum decided to ask young people what there was to do in their area.

The way in which they did this was by having an A1 sized map stuck on the marquee. The young people then had 5 questions to answer, We gave them coloured dots to stick on the map with their answers. RBC are now collating the information given and the forum will then decide at their next meeting what they want to do with this information.
